Account Information: When you create an account, we collect your email address and, if you sign in with Google, your name and profile picture as provided by Google.

Uploaded Content: We collect the audio files and lyrics you upload to generate lyric videos. These are stored temporarily for processing and in your account library.

Usage Data: We automatically collect information about how you interact with the Service, including pages visited, features used, and timestamps.

Payment Information: If you subscribe to a paid plan, payment processing is handled by Stripe. We do not store your credit card details. Stripe's privacy policy governs the handling of your payment information.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

• Provide, maintain, and improve the Service
• Process your audio and lyrics to generate lyric videos
• Manage your account and process payments
• Send transactional emails (sign-in codes, receipts)
• Monitor usage to detect abuse and ensure service quality

4. Data Storage and Security

Your data is stored on Cloudflare's global infrastructure (Workers, D1, R2). Audio processing occurs on Modal's compute platform. We use industry-standard encryption in transit (TLS) and at rest. While we strive to protect your information, no method of electronic transmission or storage is 100% secure.

5. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with the following third-party services necessary to operate LyricMotion:

• Cloudflare — hosting and data storage
• Modal — audio analysis and video rendering
• Stripe — payment processing
• Pexels — stock video content
• Postmark — transactional email delivery
• Google — OAuth authentication (if you choose Google sign-in)

6. Data Retention

We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. Uploaded audio files and generated videos are stored in your library until you delete them or close your account. You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by contacting us.

8. Cookies
